The AyCorN Effect

Hope Grows When We Rise Together.
From struggle to service, The AyCoRN Effect is building hope and changing lives—one family at a time. Inspired by Ayden and driven by compassion, we show up with real help: food, clothing, crisis support, and dignity for those who need it most. Join a movement spreading healing, strength, and community across Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma—because a helping hand truly makes all the difference.

🌱 Our Purpose
Our purpose is simple: to turn brokenness into blessing.
The AyCoRN Effect exists to feed the hungry, clothe the cold, lift up families in crisis, and stand in the gaps where systems fail. Every act of service is inspired by Ayden—the heart of our mission—and built from the lived struggles of our founder, Cyrus Nathan Redmon.
We serve because we know what it feels like to be unheard, unseen, and unsupported.
We show up because no one should fight alone.
We give because compassion is a calling, not a convenience.
Our purpose is to restore dignity, create stability, and bring real help to real people through food outreach, clothing distributions, crisis assistance, community care, and advocacy for children and families. We believe every family deserves hope, safety, and someone who cares enough to take action.
This is our purpose:
To be the hands, the heart, and the help—
for Ayden, for our community, and for every person who needs a second chance.

🌱 Our Mission
The AyCoRN Effect exists to restore dignity, stability, and hope by providing food, clothing, crisis support, and compassionate outreach to children and families in need. Rooted in lived experience and inspired by Ayden’s resilience, our mission is to show up where systems fail, meet people where they are, and create a path toward healing, empowerment, and lasting community transformation across Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Where Our Story Began… and How Far It Has Come
A year ago, before we even had a name, our mission started with one simple act: washing and drying clothes for families who had nothing left.
FOX16 captured those early moments—Cyrus Redmon standing in a Conway laundromat, washing hundreds of loads of donated laundry and giving them away to homeless and struggling families. What began with a few blankets grew into a movement of compassion and community support.
…And Where We Are Today
Fast forward to today:
Our latest THV11 Thanksgiving feature shows how that seed has grown. Cyrus and his daughter Ayden now serve communities across four states—providing meals, clothing, furniture, phones, and resources to people experiencing homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, or crisis.
Ayden’s heart to help others is what inspired the creation of The AyCoRN Effect, a charity named in her honor and built on her father’s lived experience of once being homeless himself.
Together, this father-daughter team is:
-
Restoring dignity through clothing and essentials
-
Reconnecting families who have been separated
-
Supporting individuals transitioning into permanent housing
-
Listening to the needs of the unhoused and responding directly
-
Sharing hope, food, and compassion across Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi & Texas
This is what we call The AyCoRN Effect —
small acts of kindness creating life-changing impact.

🤝 Ways You Can Help
There are many meaningful ways to support The AyCoRN Effect and make a real difference in the lives of families across Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma. Every act of kindness—big or small—helps hope grow.
1. Volunteer Your Time
Serve at food distributions, help organize clothing donations, assist with outreach events, or join community service projects. Your time directly impacts families in need.
2. Donate Goods
Clothing, food, hygiene items, household essentials—everything we receive goes right back into the community to support children, parents, and individuals facing crisis.
3. Give Financially
Your donations help fuel our daily operations, emergency assistance, outreach programs, and expansion into new communities. Every dollar becomes direct support for someone in need.
4. Become a Monthly Supporter
Consistent monthly giving keeps our mission moving. Even a small monthly gift provides steady support for families who rely on us.
5. Partner With Us
Local businesses, churches, organizations, and community groups can join forces with The AyCoRN Effect to host drives, sponsor events, or contribute resources.
6. Spread the Word
Share our mission on social media, invite friends to volunteer, and help more families discover the resources we offer.
7. Request AyCoRN Services
If you or someone you know needs help—food, clothing, support, or guidance—we are here. Reaching out is the first step.

EXPANDING OUR REACH, GROWING OUR IMPACT
As The AyCoRN Effect continues to serve families and vulnerable communities across multiple states, we are now preparing for the next stage of growth. Our vision includes several major initiatives designed to increase our capacity, extend our reach, and meet people exactly where they are — whether in our hometown or across the country.
Below are the three expansion projects that will allow us to serve more people, in more places, with greater dignity and support than ever before.

community warehouse
Imagine what The AyCoRN Effect could do with a dedicated warehouse and storefront:
-
Free community store for clothing, hygiene items, and essentials
-
Furniture & home starter center to fully furnish apartments for newly housed families
-
Food distribution hub for meal kits and multi-state outreach
-
Volunteer + donation center to accept larger items and organize resources
-
Support space for classes, resources, and family connection services
A facility would multiply our impact across Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Texas—turning community donations into life-changing support every single day.
Help us make this future a reality.

mobile Laundry/shower unit
A combined mobile shower and laundry unit would bring dignity, cleanliness, and essential care directly to people experiencing homelessness — meeting critical needs right where they are.
With this unit, The AyCoRN Effect could provide:
-
Private hot showers
-
On-site laundry service for clean, wearable clothing
-
Hygiene kits, towels, and fresh outfits
-
City-to-city mobile outreach
-
Rapid deployment for emergencies and disaster relief
Clean clothes and a hot shower can change how someone feels, how they’re seen, and how they move forward.
This unit would restore dignity, improve health, and renew hope.

full size rv or bus
A full-size bus or RV would transform The AyCoRN Effect into a truly national outreach force.
With a mobile command unit, we could take everything we do in four states and expand it across the country.
Our Mobile Resource Bus would deliver:
-
Clothing, coats, shoes, and essentials
-
Food boxes, hygiene kits, and survival gear
-
On-site support for homeless communities
-
Disaster relief & emergency response
-
Family reconnection and resource navigation
This unit would allow us to deploy anywhere—urban centers, rural towns, shelters, encampments, and crisis zones—bringing hope, supplies, and dignity directly to the people who need it most.
One bus. Thousands of miles. Countless lives changed.
Let me know if you want a version emphasizing partnerships, national tours, or emergency deployment.

Cyrus nathan redmon
Cyrus Nathan Redmon is the founder and driving force behind The AyCoRN Effect, a nonprofit born from a journey of hardship, healing, and unwavering purpose. A father, advocate, community builder, and survivor, Cyrus turned some of the most difficult chapters of his life into a mission that now feeds, clothes, supports, and uplifts families across Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma.
Cyrus’s path has never been easy. From battling unstable housing, navigating legal injustice, and facing personal loss, to rebuilding his life through sobriety, faith, and service—his transformation became the blueprint for The AyCoRN Effect. What began as one father’s fight for dignity, justice, and his daughter Ayden has grown into a movement that restores hope in the communities that need it most.
With a background spanning information technology, transit system operations, nonprofit leadership, and hands-on community service, Cyrus brings both professional experience and lived experience to every project he leads. His work is grounded in compassion, transparency, accountability, and a belief that no one should ever face crisis alone.
Every distribution, every outreach event, every clothing drive, and every act of kindness reflects Cyrus’s belief that brokenness can become blessing—that what once tried to destroy you can become the very thing that saves someone else.
Cyrus lives his mission daily: showing up for families, advocating for children, challenging injustice, and building a community where healing, dignity, and opportunity are available to everyone.
